By ordering a code request, you are agreeing to the following terms:
Code requests are free of charge, and require no payment.
Code requests require either a detailed description or a mock design for me to work with. Overly complex designs will be rejected in favor of a commission.
Requests are worked on at my own discretion and on my own schedule; there will be no deadlines or guaranteed finish dates.
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a request at any time and for any reason
I reserve the right to release and distribute any code requests as free-to-use templates
The requester may not claim request work as their own, nor redistribute the code without permission.
Commission T.O.S.
By ordering a code commission, you are agreeing to the following terms:
Half payment is required up-front, and full payment is required before completion. The code will not be provided until full payment is received.
Code commissions require either a detailed description or a mock design for me to work with. Complex designs require details on the exact look and behavior desired of the code.
A form of communication must be provided (i.e. Toyhou.se, Discord, Twitter, etc.). This will be used to provide work-in-progress updates and discuss alterations.
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission at any time and for any reason; a full refund will be provided if a commission is cancelled.
A deadline to complete the code will not be provided unless discussed and agreed upon by both parties; an estimated completion time will be provided.
By default, I reserve the right to publish and distribute any code commissioned through me as a pay-to-use (P2U) template. The client may not redistribute the code.
If you do not want the code released publicly, a 25% upcharge will be added. Private commissions may be redistributed by the client for personal use only.
Under no circumstances may the client redistribute code for profit.
Commission Prices
Prices are subject to change.
Additions and options (such as CSS colors, HTML+CSS Layouts, etc.) not listed here may be discussed on a case-by-case basis. I currently do not have a separate commission type for CSS layouts.
